Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We focus on dogs and cats for local and long-distance ground transportation.
Not for local trips. For longer distances that cross state lines, the USDA requires you to provide a current rabies certificate for your pet. If your pet is going to the airport to catch a plane, she will need multiple documents, which are specific to her destination. In this case, proper paperwork is critical, so we will discuss this with you individually.
We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice for local trips. We need 5 days' notice for cross-country.
Top floor or ground floor, our driver will be happy to carry or lead your kitty or pup to the vehicle and back up to your apartment provided that legal parking is easily and readily accessible.
Unfortunately, we can’t take humans due to licensing regulations on transporting people.
Not all drivers allow pets. And they aren't set up to transport furry companions safely. Plus, municipal regulations differ from one city to the next. Go-Go Pets is dedicated to providing "pet-first" service that is safe, comfortable, and reliable. We are the professionals when it comes to pets on the go-go! Hire a PRO!
Of course! We know how pet parents suffer from separation anxiety. You'll get updates via text messages and can track your driver via iMaps.
We can transport your pet(s) from and to anywhere in the lower 48 US states.
Not just yet, but plan to add this service soon!
